The
1st phase was opened in the late summer of 1998 and involved
the refurbishment of the one remaining building from this
historic site (see History
Page). This phase encompassed units No.1 to No.7.
The bottom left image
gives a view of that original building from within the new
office park.
Phase Two was completed in the autumn of 2000 and consisted
of new buildings, providing units No.8 to No.29.
The park encompasses an assortment of unit sizes, ranging
from 1181²ft up to 9500²ft.

below. The image bottom right
gives an outlook of units No.18 to No.26, as viewed from unit
